A good pilot brief

“Show how this lock opens and closes” is a useful starting point.

One simple action gives us room to make the detail understandable in 15–20 seconds.

Complex engineering, photorealistic simulation, filming, extra formats or multiple products need a separate quote.

Before you book

Where can I use the video?

The pilot is for your website and organic social channels. We confirm the final usage terms in writing. Paid advertising or other uses need agreement first.

Is this a customer case study?

The ratchet is an original portfolio sample. It demonstrates the style and is not a client endorsement.

How long does it take?

We agree a delivery date after reviewing your exact product and references. No date is booked until scope and payment arrangements are agreed.

What if the brief changes?

One small revision round is included. A new feature, format or substantial change is quoted before additional work. Errors in my own work are corrected without an extra charge.
